I don’t know if I am writing it correctly but what does “maggy se karamèl” means?

Hmmm... that would depend on who or what 'maggy' is.
Looks like 'maggy' could be the name of a person.

  1. I am refering to the Septentrional song Pa Kwè sa from their last album Pi Douvan. They are saying in the chorus, " Ou di Makak se moun" -Pa kwè sa, Maggy se karamel- pa kwè sa, etc etc.

    1. In that case they are referring to the seasoning product 'maggi' which very much looks like a piece of caramel candy.

  2. Believe maggi seasoning is the brand name for chicken bullion. https://jet.com/product/detail/fbde107e47ab4cb49d761d83e9e150dd?jcmp=pla:ggl:brands_food_beverages_tobacco_a3:food_items_soups_broths_a3_other:na:na:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&k_clickid=30952536-7b2b-4300-a085-662a49edbe49&gclid=CPHSx9CWgskCFUo6gQodotYFog
